Hospital without walls

At Grampians Health, care that we provide within a patient's home, or via a community based location is part of our Hospital without Walls program.  

Hospital without Walls provides hospital-level care and is a safe alternative for a wide range of conditions.  The goal of caring for a patient at home or in the community is to reduce their length of stay in hospital - or to avoid going to hospital altogether.
