Jack Lonsdale Lodge is a modern welcoming 45-bed aged care community on spacious grounds in Sebastopol, offering a thoughtfully designed environment that supports wellbeing, connection, and comfort for every resident.
Each house has access to outdoors areas with well-maintained gardens and paved private courtyards and barbecue amenities; while our passionate lifestyle team is committed to providing you with a range of activities.
Jack Lonsdale Lodge also includes a specific 12 bed Memory Support house, and beds allocated exclusively for our Transition Care Program. Our landscaped gardens can be enjoyed by residents of all accessibility levels.

Jack Lonsdale Lodge is situated within easy access to public transport, and ample parking is available for visitors.
Our three houses of 15 beds each provide a homely feel and family-like environment, with each including kitchen and spacious dining areas and a relaxing loungeroom with natural light.
15 single rooms include their own ensuite, and the remaining 30 beds are in double rooms with shared ensuites. As a resident, you are encouraged to personalise your space with soft furnishings, photographs and mementos. All rooms have access to telephone lines and television antenna.
Our beds are electric and height adjustable. Sensor mats are provided as a safety measure for anyone who may need them. Bedside areas, bathrooms and lounge areas have access to the nurse call bell should assistance be required. External doors are fitted with electronic keypads.
Common areas include a flat screen TV and access to DVD players for resident use, and internet access is available.
A registered nurse manages your care at all times, and a range of allied health services can be provided including dietetics and speech pathology. You can also access a range of visiting services including your own GP, hairdressing and other services as required.
Fee structure
Your spot at Jack Lonsdale Lodge can be paid for by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both.
A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.

Aged Care Assessment
An Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) assessment is required prior to you moving in. We can assist you with this service. Referrals can be made by your GP, service provider, family member or carer; or you can self-refer to us.
