Hailey House
Hailey House is a modern, light-filled 60 bed aged care home in Ballarat North, with a welcoming sun-filled glass entrance and views to beautifully maintained gardens. Its wide corridors welcome residents and guests alike, and our location means we are close to shops with public transport at the front entrance.
Hailey House is divided into three houses, containing 20 large single rooms with bay windows and garden views. Gardening activities are available to participate in and we encourage you to make the garden area outside your window a personal space. A number of internal and external spaces are available for family functions or special occasions.

Hailey House features three houses, each containing 20 good sized single rooms with private ensuites, and built-in wardrobes. Each house boasts a spacious lounge with flat screen television and DVD player, kitchen and restaurant style dining area and sunroom that can be used for family meals.
As a resident, you area encouraged to personalise your space with soft furnishings, photographs and mementos. All rooms have access to telephone lines and television antenna.
Gardens can be accessed via pathways wandering throughout the grounds with beautiful shade trees and seats in small sunny quiet areas. Two shaded outdoor areas are available for your personal use - one with gas BBG facilities and one in a private garden area.
We have a purpose-built activities room suitable for large functions, with an outdoor entertaining area attached and a smaller function room that is ideal for family gatherings. The sunrooms, lounge rooms and activities area are available for family functions or to gather on special occasions.
Our beds are electric and height adjustable. Sensor mats are provided as a safety measure for anyone who may need them. Bedside areas, bathrooms and lounge areas have access to the nurse call bell should assistance be required. External doors are fitted with electronic keypads at the entrance and rear of the care community.
A registered nurse manages your care at all times, and a range of allied health services can be provided including dietetics and speech pathology. You can also access a range of visiting services including your own GP, hairdressing and other services as required.
Fee structure
Your spot at Hailey House can be paid for by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both.
A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.

Aged Care Assessment
An Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) assessment is required prior to you moving in. We can assist you with this service. Referrals can be made by your GP, service provider, family member or carer; or you can self-refer to us.
